We will contact your insurer and work through any pre-authorization issues, and we will also prepare a projection of any deductible and co-insurance and will furnish that estimate to you before your surgical appointment. We do this as a service to our patients but we are not able to answer any questions about your coverage. We urge you to direct any and all questions about coverage directly to your insurer.
Please note that all co-pay amounts are due and payable on the day of your surgery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
